Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial or free plan?
No. HyperrBiz Pro is ₹1,999/month + GST and includes 500 AI credits every billing cycle. There is no free trial and no free plan; the workspace unlocks when the subscription is active.
What uses AI credits?
AI reply classification, the AI Assistant and bot messages. Each AI call is charged by the tokens it processes, so credits equal actual usage. Your usage history shows every call.
Do unused included credits roll over?
No. The included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and unused ones expire. Top-up credits you buy never expire, and AI usage always takes included credits first.
What happens when my credits run out?
AI features pause until the next billing cycle or until you buy a top-up pack. Lead replies keep being classified with rule-based matching, so no lead is lost.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time on the Billing page. The subscription ends at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business API account?
For bulk template campaigns, yes: you connect your WhatsApp Cloud API number under Channels. WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly.
What can the AI bots do?
Each AI bot has its own computer with a Chrome browser. You sign it in to the accounts it should use and choose which leads it works on. It then follows up with those leads using your project files and Bot Instructions, updates the lead status from their replies and hands the lead over to your team when your rules say so. Each AI message uses AI credits.
Can I connect Facebook and Instagram lead ads?
Yes. Connect your Meta ad account and page under Channels; leads from your lead forms are added to the matching project automatically.
Can my sales team use it?
Yes. Add team members with the Member role and choose which projects each one can see. Admins manage channels, bots, billing and deletions.
How do I pay?
The subscription renews automatically through Razorpay, using a recurring payment method Razorpay supports for your bank. Top-up packs are one-time Razorpay payments. Prices exclude GST, which is shown separately, and every payment has a downloadable GST invoice.
